We aim to despatch all goods within one business day of receiving your order.

All orders are delivered via Australia Post or Australia Post Express and require a signature upon delivery. We therefore recommend you provide your work address where possible or other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to receive your order. If no one is available to accept delivery, a card will be left and the parcel will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office for collection (you will need some form of photo ID).

 
Payment
All prices on FindMyShoes.com.au are in Australian dollars and include GST. We accept only Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Payment will be required at the time of placing an order and is deducted from your account when the final checkout process is complete.
 
Where insufficient funds or Internet connection problems arise, the order will not be processed. In this instance the selected items will remain in your shopping cart until it is emptied.
 
Currently we do not accept payment by layby, COD (Cash on Delivery), gift vouchers, Pay Pal, AMEX, Diners Club, money orders or direct debit.
 
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please notify customer service either by email or phone. Orders cannot be cancelled directly from the site. If the order has already been despatched, unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled (please refer to our returns policy for your options).
 
In the event that an order is cancelled prior to despatch, an automatic reversal of payment will be processed via the initial payment method.
 
Delivery Locations
  • We are happy to deliver to any Australia address (including PO Boxes)
  • We currently do not deliver to international destinations outside of Australia

    Stock availability
    Stock levels on our website are dynamic and change frequently, therefore some lines may only be available for a limited time for online purchase.
     
    In the event that you have purchased a product that is unavailable in the warehouse, we will process a refund immediately and notify you of the cancellation of your order. Our inventory status is designed to try and avoid this happening and to the best of our abilities, only products that have stock available will be listed for sale on the site.
     
    Order Tracking
    For registered users, the transaction history feature gives you the ability to track your order through our systems until such time as it is handed to Australia Post. Once despacted from our warehouse, the ability to 'find my parcel' will appear as a link next to your order. Once selected, you will be able to view the shipping details of your order with Australia Post.
